The Clubhouse Rules

As agreed to in the waiver before participation at the Clubhouse, we ask you to please follow these rules for everyone's safety:

 

  • 24 hours cancellation time required or the deposit is forfeited. Please call ahead if you need to change your tee time.

  • Golf shoes or running shoes are fine but NO METAL SPIKES.

  • Guests acknowledge both premises where AVRY Ltd operate are under video surveillance. Tampering with camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to AVRY Ltd.

  • Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • If you bring your own clubs, please make sure club faces are clean before play.

  • Own golf balls are ONLY allowed if new and clean - any pen or dirt will mark the screen.

  • Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE SIMULATOR at any time!

  • Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging clubs outside of the simulators swing area for safety reasons.

Play safe.

  • Only one person on the grassed hitting area at a time.

  • Before you swing any club, check your surroundings (monitor, other players etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.

  • Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.

  • Your shot must be directed forward.

  • Swinging should always take place on hitting area of the mat.

  • Practice swings must be taken with each club, and must be done on hitting area of the mat.

  • Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.

  • Report any accidents immediately.

  • Customers must sign a separate waiver if renting clubs off AVRY Ltd.

Multiball

  • No more than 2 adults or 4 children to be playing on the system at once without approval from staff.

  • Parents can stay in the room to supervise if they wish.

  • The metal frame cannot be touched or hit deliberately with balls.

  • The projector cannot be touched or hit deliberately with balls.

  • The switches must not be touched. 

  • Windows can be opened by asking staff. 

  • You agree by entering the room you may by hit by soft footballs and similar, and accept the risk. 

  • Report any accidents or incidents immediately. 

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules and Guidelines. Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.
